What is a Portrait Night?

Portrait nights are an exciting opportunity for you and your friends to have professional portraits made in a fun and affordable way. It is a low stress, fun opportunity to have beautiful portraits made of yourself and your friends in a low pressure, relaxed atmosphere.

Portrait Nights take place in your home (if you are the host) or any other suitable location, and the host invites between 8 and 15 people to the event and in return, the host's photographs are free.

How much does a Portrait Night cost?

Each guest will pay only £30.00 to attend the Portrait Night, and this covers the cost of the photographer(s), professional studio lights, and four fully edited 12x8 inch colour on mono prints of their choice (A 12x8 inch print is slightly larger than a sheet of A4 paper). The host of the party receives their prints free of charge, as our thank you for hosting the party.

Is there a limit to the number of Portrait Nights I can host and recieve free prints?

You can hold as many Portrait Nights as you wish and take advantage of receiving free prints; in fact, if you find that you have a knack for hosting Portrait Nights why not become and agent and you can host parties in your area and receive increased payments - visit our vacancies page for more information about becoming an area manager.

Why are your prints so much cheaper than a studio?

We don't have the overheads to pay that a full-time studio has; they have rent to pay, utility bills and other associated costs, whereas our photographers are all self-employed and do this to supplement their income. The good part is that you get the benefit of a professional photographer and their equipment and experience at a fraction of the price and all of your photographs are printed on Fujicolour professional paper to ensure the best results.
